On-Line Hotel Reservations
 

1. To book your room reservation online, you may want to either print this page or open a new window before going to the Plaza Resort and Spa's home page: http://www.plazaresortandspa.com/.

2. On the right side of the Plaza's homepage, below the "Member's Login," is a space for "Group Login."  Enter our group's code, which is "0928SEMA"--the first character is a zero--and click "submit."

3. Note that the conference rate is available from 25 September to 5 October.  Below all of the information in the main window is a panel where you can "Check Availability."  Enter your dates in this area and click "submit."

4. If the display provides the correct dates at the conference rate of $79 per night (plus tax), go ahead and "Book it."  (You may need to scroll down to find this part of the screen.)  Otherwise, please let me know about the problem.  Choose either "Run of House" or "Standard 1-4 People" if both room types appear.

5.  One of the terms to which you will have to agree while providing registration information states that those with cars will be charged $7 per night.  This is INCORRECT.  Conference attendees staying at the Plaza may park for free during the conference.

6.  You will receive an e-mailed confirmation of your reservation from the Plaza.
