1. As of August 30, the Plaza Resort and Spa is fully booked for the conference weekend.  Additional rooms are now available at the Conch House, about 100 yards north of the Plaza, still on Daytona Beach. To book your Conch House room reservation online, you may want to either print this page or open a new window before going to the its home page: http://www.conchhousedaytona.com.

2. Along the very bottom of the Conch House homepage is a link for "Groups": click it.  You will then be asked for our group's code, which is "SEMA." (But don't type the period required by American punctuation conventions.)

3. Note that the conference rate is available from 25 September to 5 October.  Below all of the information in the main window is a panel where you can "Check Availability."  Enter your dates in this area and click "submit."

4. If the display provides the correct dates at the conference rate of $54 per night (plus tax), go ahead and "Book it." 

5.  You will receive an e-mailed confirmation of your reservation from the Conch House.
