Hotel Reservations

The host hotel for the conference, the Plaza Resort and Spa, is now fully booked for the conference weekend.  However, the managment of the Plaza has very graciously arranged for nearby accomodation for conference participants.  Those who have not yet made their reservations should contact the Conch House, about 100 yards north of the Plaza, where the conference rate is $54 per night plus tax.

You can make reservations at the Conch House by calling 1-800-874-2470: be sure to indicate that you will be attending SEMA.  You can also make online reserevations through the Conch House web site; click here for information about how to receive the group rate on line.  Please note that the conference rate at the Conch House is available only until September 15, 2005, and make your plans accordingly.
