How to Apply : Transfer Student Application Checklist An application is considered complete when the following credentials have been submitted :
APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION. Please type or print in ink for all mail-in applications. Stetson University also encourages the use of our online application, the Common Application, or College Link. No form is more preferred than any other.
APPLICATION FEE. A $40 fee must accompany all applications for admission. This fee is nonrefundable. Checks should be made payable to Stetson University. If you wish to pay the fee online, you must first complete our online application. If you cannot pay the fee, you may submit the College Board form Request for Waiver of College Application Fee or the NACAC Request for Waiver of Application Fee. Your high school counselor must use the ATP guidelines distributed by the College Board for the fee waiver.
TRANSCRIPT(S). Submit your high school transcript. It should contain a class rank and a cumulative grade point average. Additionally, you must submit an official copy of a transcript from each college attended. You should also submit a listing of courses in progress including name of class, course number, and number of credit hours.
STANDARDIZED TESTING. All applicants with less than 30 credit hours are required to take either the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT I) or the American College Test (ACT). Scores should be sent to Stetson University (SAT code 5630 and ACT code 0756). We do not require SAT II exam.
